spotless and well-kept place. loved that an iron, a work desk and tv in the room were provided. terrific service. the beach was perfect and near our hotel. plus, we were 15 mins by foot from st gregory's rc church.

We enjoyed the breakfast and staff and realistic prices. If your plans include visiting southend pier, you should stay here. Location, a short way from all attractions. Would be happy to recommend this hotel
